womens us open

so watching this, and have just a observation. Everytime they look at the CATS system and there is a frame that they were off a board or a mph they ALWAYS say they made an adjustment, why cant they say they were off that frame?

sorry forgot they cant be human, as good ole scroggy puts it they could never "throw it like a league bowler"
