anybody have any thoughts as it is about ready to get under way?

most interesting matchup i think could be the 1 vs 32 between tj and big wes mallott.

also any takers on how long the server will stay up...haha?

i think the match between chris loschetter and sean rash will be interesting.

look at sean rash's first frame in game 1 gutter? foul? but still managed to win

Something I just saw with the live scoring: When it updates, it only updates the current frame.  Mike Haugen's strike in the ninth just sort of popped into existence with a little colored flash.  Used to be that the whole page refreshed itself.  Cool.

Lotta lower scores in the matches I checked.  A few 230+ games but plenty of 210s that were winning.

I wish there were a single page where you could see all the current games.  Then I could watch all the matches at once.

the colored flash is something new to this season...i think they put it there in hopes people wouldn't use the refresh button.  I think that is what is clogging up the server a little and aiding in the crashes they have
