I'm starting to say "Hambone" when I get 4 in a row. I'll have to admit that it's growing on me. Randy has plenty of knowledge, and Rob is very enthusiastic. The show needs a little more excitement for the audience they are trying to get.
For those that were enamored by Bo, Chris, Mike, and the other previous announcers, their time has come and gone. I listen to them today, and they seem stale, and I never liked Dave Ryan's "60 feet to success". Bo and Marshall were a good team during the women's series, but I wouldn't want them every week. If Women's bowling makes it back on TV full-time, that may be another story...
Having said that, the idea is to get people to watch bowling again (not just those of us "in the know" ), the telecasts needed to be "kicked up a notch". It's just a sign of the times, nothing more.
