This is tough at this point since no one has won multiple titles. I'm actually going for the guy that has 0 titles, Bill O'Neill. Just think he's had an incredible consistent season so far even if he hasn't won yet.
-
Wes Malott by FAR!!! Made 4 of the 6 shows and 4 out of 5 of the named patterned stops. Not to mention that he finished 12th at the Cheetah Tournament. Malott gets my vote.

WES but Duke will get it in the second have with three majors coming up.

Duke was pretty much MIA the 1st half after his Masters win. Malott had the best 1st half by far. Dominates on every pattern.
-
Malott by far. looking good with Roto

Wes, but I'll agree that Bill O'Neill deserves a nod too.

This is Fluffy. He is the Destroyer of Worlds.

I agree with Malott, and O'niell should deserve some credit, but I also have to give consideration to Brad Angelo. With a wrist injury haunting him, causing him to pull out of the last stop, he is still doing VERY well in all the named patterns, espicially match play. I still give the final to the big nasty though.

Wes of course. But there's still a lot of bowling. Duke is lurking. What's up with PDW though? He better watch out for Parker.

Wes had a great first half but let's see who closes! My bet is Duke and WRW will come on strong!
-
Malott. Me and him have similar bowling styles too and aiming styles. I thought I was the only one that didn't use the arrows or dots to aim hehe.

Worst, as far as not meeting expectations, would have to be CB or Tommy (unless he's injured). Although CB made the first show, he's surely not having a repeat of his POY performance last year. And has Tommy even made a show this season? Best? Malott.

Chitown, keep holding on for that WRW surge. I am not saying it cannot happen but the ratio changes to the patterns are finally letting the "hand clan" get their piece of the pie on tour. The straighties had a long tenure on top so they really should not be mad.
WRW was doing his Belmonte impersonation at Country Club, that's when I knew he was desperate!

Tommy has had some shoulder issues this year and is going back to 16 lbs. He threw 15's all summer and liked what he saw, but when he got on tour, not so much. He said the 16's would wear out he wrist in the long formats, that was the reason for the switch, but after a couple of tour stops with the 15's, he was struggling. If you notice the last two weeks he's placed in the top 12 both times, those weeks he switched back to 16 lbs. Last week in particular he caught 3 lefties in a row late in match play, preventing him from making the show. He's going to use the 16's the rest of the year, so watch for a 2nd half rally for him.
