I was pleased to see Mike on the show. I had my first coaching session on Saturday with Palmer Fallgren, and he pointed out that I get inside the ball at the top of the backswing like Mike Edwards, who is one of, if not the only pro to do that. We looked at a document that showed every pro in their swings and Edwards was the only one we saw.

After I work out some other issues, he told me I should try to get away from that, since it is contributing to my callusing. I kept trying to get a close look at Edwards hand to see if he had the same issues. I suspect Edwards, while similar in release, happens to be throwing the ball much cleaner than I am regardless =)
