Cost Barnes the game.  That absolutely sucked!

Ahh Stone 8s hurt. Ask Randy Pederson and his opponent Ernie Schlegel back in the day.

Again---he made a good shot---2 of them actually when he needed them. Just didnt knock all 10 down. For the first time in awhile---Im not going to knock him for losing on TV---when it came to the 10th, when he needed 1 shot to win---he didnt go 2-8-10 or 3-6-10. He stoned an 8 pin.

Chris Barnes is not a choker---he is just a great opponent to draw on TV.

At least Scroggins' first shot in the title match was 10 back.

Norm's just payin homage to Barnes. He says, "I can stone an 8 too. But I'll win."

Settle down, buddy. Rob Stone said it best (for once):

"And, that, folks, is the US Open."

It's bowlin, dude. Everyone gets bad breaks. It's done and over with. I don't have to like Barnes if I don't want to. I think he's a crybaby. If he wins, all the credit in the world to him. If not, you'll hear about it. He's good, yes. But, he just gets effed with on TV. I enjoy watching it.

Malott deserves it more, personally. I'd like to see him win it, and the way Duke is going, he very well might.

Oh look, signature updating finally works.

Don't count Norm out yet. He's in the pocket. Scroggins is all over the lane.

Congrats goes to Malott. Quiet the second half, but a dream season the first half. My hat's off to ya, buddy.

Scroggins made the shots he needed. He filled the tenth against Barnes, so I say he deserves it.

Agreed---especially the finish. Fabulous finish by Barnes (see I said something nice about CB).

Brutal conditions, Barnes finally shows up in the 10th and gets beat by bad carry.  Congrats to Scroggins the breaks went his way and he took advantage and won!
