Finally Strike Pass does a live telecast today in the Round of 16.  Duke against McCune was excellent.

Ritchie Allen better step up his scoring pace, the rest of these guys are averaging 230+.

Parker's on a roll, but I say the Chief takes him down.

Now go bet every dollar you have on PBIII, since I have just given Himmler the kiss of death.

seadrive--Hearing on Strike Pass from Storm rep. that Randy used mainly Fear Factors this week.  It was a dark ball that he beat Mr. NO 3 Peat with.

wowowow i thought this pattern was going to be tough.  himmler and healey both shoot 300, cb shoots 298, and everyone else seems to be averaging around 230.  The finals tomorrow could be really fun to see on tv with these kind of scores.

Why is it when professionals bowl well that the lanes are easy and when they don't the lanes are too tough?  Can't we give credit to the greatest bowlers in the world?  It isn't a house shot that they are bowling on.

i'm in no way saying that the pattern is a house shot.  i am simply going off of what i see from the pattern layout on the pba website.  50 feet is a whole lot of oil and I personally wasn't expecting to see those kind of scores.  obviously the bowlers that are shooting high are bowling their butts off and doing it consistently.  i think its fun to see such high shooting in a tournament like this.

Randy goes to the show tomorrow.  Rooting for Baldo to get the chance to announce with dumb Dave Ryan.

Scott, thanks for the info on Randy's ball choice.  I sorta figured he would use the FF, but ya never know.

Like you, I really wanted Baldo to get the fill-in commentator spot.  Oh well, maybe next time!
