it's interesting to note that all four contestants in the finals of the pba world championship are over the age of 40. proof again that with age comes experience, patience, composure, and the will to beat the young up-and-comers.

there's something to be said for experience. even at my level of ability. the players who routinely do the best in our associations city tournament and masters invitational are almost always over 40.

I think the older guys do better because as you get older your mind gets calmer... I wish I had my mental game of today (39) with my physical game of yesterday (18) -- I believe this 'calm' is maturity,
