Pete's response was appropriate. Pete bowled well enough to win.  Sometimes you just don't get the breaks or your opponent does. Pete just stated what was painfully obvious.

Weber, Rash and Cimanelli all bowled impressively. Rash had the best look and carry.

Those that can do. Those that can't complain. Pimpin ain't easy, but it's mandatory.

It was obvious, but any bowler who doesn't think he gets his share of good breaks suffers from short term memory loss. When Pete lost his reaction temporarily, did he leave the "big 4" or some other un-makeable split?  No.

I am not just talking about Pete, either. Any of us who bowls enough needs to realize that good and bad breaks happen to ALL of us. The difference between a horrendous split and a realistic spare shot is sometimes one board, or less than an inch from 60 feet away.

PDW still has more talent than many of the young guns on tour, even at age 49.  Perhaps he's trying to re-gain respect after a tough year last year.  I say, Pete, quit the crotch chopping and "flexing" and let your game speak for itself.  It really is good enough, in my opinion.

Pretty sure that Weber could say that to Rash because they are buddies.  At least that is what Rash intimated in his post-win interview and Pedersen seconded it.

Show had a different look to it which was a lot better than first weeks.  Not that happy with the "shooting fish in a barrel" strike percentage but you had four different style bowlers which was cool.

Don't believe in the Uzi, it just went off in my hand.  I, I believe in love.

Dave ... Thanks for the SHOOT OUT file.. great bowling but I not terrible happy with the coverage .. I don't think they showed the scores often enough .. also think during the second game they should be showing the progressive totals as the game went on .. great bowling though .. Thanks ..

I used my dvr and it recorded it! I liked the comment that Rob made about Nathan Bohr being a Storm staffer and they listed an Ebonite 250k as one of his balls he was using and he used a black/silver Brunswick Slingshot for spares!!!

Train a child up in the way they should go and when they are old they will do some "Damn Good Bowling", be a "DV8" and not turn from it, besides bowling starts with a Big B!

Finally watched it. Thanks again Dave.

My point still stands though. I said Rash got good breaks on the really bad balls. In the final game Rash did leave a 9 when he needed it.  So what? Jones left a 4-9 and a 4 pin on balls that looked pretty darn similar.  Those are still good shots, maybe just a bit inside or slow or hit the ball just a touch too much.  When Jones missed the ball at the bottom of his swing in the 3rd? frame, he left a 2-4-8-10.  That's getting the count you'd expect on a bad delivery. Rash got a strike on the TV match on a ball basically as bad.

Rash actually threw it really good on the All In special. Normally when the pressure is on he rushes his delivery and his mechanics go to hell. He gets off balance and falls off the shot.  Like he did on TV during the 10th frame. You see it a little as time went on during the All In show when he shot spares. He always throws hard at them, but he gets more and more off balance as the show progressed. Anyway, he looks like the coaching sessions he's been getting look like they're paying off. Once he keeps his tempo the same shot after shot, he's going to be really dangerous again.
