Did I miss something or are they joking around? Randy said with all due respect I never liked you. I was watching off and on while doing a few things and overheard that.

I actually enjoy listening to the two of them banter back and forth.  They actually seem to have some "chemistry"....they work well together.

I think Rob Stone is a moron. The guy knows nothing. I think Randy has no choice but to deal with him. He said that joking on television but really I think he ment it. Don't know how Randy can stand him.

Stone was great today -- he's learned a lot about how to do a bowling match.

And for what it's worth I believe Randy's commented in his articles on PBA.com that he really likes working with Stone and thinks he's pretty funny.

I think you may be prejudging him and not listening closely. He already knows what "high in the pocket" means with regard to leaving a solid 4 pins. It took Dave Ryan 2 years to know anything like that and this is Stone's 4th or 5th show. He listens and learns, while RYan DOES NOT. Ryan is still doing "the paralyzing 5 pin" BS.

Yeah the PBA should invest money into training a full-time announcer like they had back in the 60s/70s.  They can't make their current prize funds w/o hemorraging money.....so let's waste some more on a sport that hardly anyone watches.
