PBA Patterns
« on: June 06, 2011, 10:51:38 PM »
Does anyone know where I can find more info on the updated PBA named patterns? We are doing starting the 5 named patterns on our league and some of us where looking for more info then the write ups that are provided on pba.com. I know that they won't play like the graph shows and you need to find the shim and friction on your own but I would like to go in with a little more info on volume and shape. Thanks

I don't believe that the PBA is making the pattern details available anymore except to members.  A member can download the patterns, but they must agree to use them only for persnal use to practice on and for no other purpose.  If you want to use them for a league, I'd suggest talking to the PBA directly.

Pretty much what he said ^^^^^

You want the patterns you gotta pay the PBA.

A couple of friends are bowling in a PBAX league this summer. This site seems to reflect most of what they are seeing so far.
