that Chris Barnes has made more money on the tour in the last two years throwing Columbia is true,BUT ONLY BECAUSE OF TWO EVENTS---
 Both of the Motel 6 "Roll to Riches".Take away that $400,000,and where is he in the rankings money-wise???????????

I was thinking the same thing as well. Watching the tour during Parker's match you know that he is in the top 3 of the money list for how many times they said it.

It's kinda like claiming that Jamie Gold is the most lucrative Texas Hold 'Em player in World Series of Poker history.  It's misleading, but true.

I don't think anyone's questioning the validity of the statement.  Merely how they arrive at the claim.  Barnes won two events(Motel 6 events) that make up the vast majority of his earnings for the past two seasons.  Please, let's not turn this into another shouting match.

Don't worry,I won't turn it into another shouting or insult match.It's simply a way for Columbia to sell it's products.
 There's no doubt as to his talent.But that's just a sneaky way to say that Columbia is the reason he won all that money..........

Yeah he won, yeah he was using Columbia. We are not saying that he did not do those things. It is just a play to get people to think Columbia is the brand to use. It is no different then Chevy saying that Jimmie Johnson drives a Chevy and won the points so now you should go out and buy a Chevy.

you are right the 400 000$ that chris wins has motel 6 does not count officially but it is in are bank account when same

Every company does it. just watch tv commericials. a lot are celebrity endorsed or "expert" endorsed.
