Todays Telecast (spoilers)
« on: December 02, 2007, 03:40:23 AM »
Wow, Scroggins whiffs on another easy spare, a 7 pin. This guy was so locked in before that shot, what a bummer. And of course WRW throws it in his face with a strike. Too bad Mike can still beat WRW because i cant stand this guy, i want WRW to go all the way today.

Heres what they are throwing

Match 1
PB3 - Brunswick Twisted Fury
Loschetter - Brunswick Twisted Fury - Winner

Match 2
Scroggins - Storm Shift
WRW Jr. - MoRich Nsane LevRg - Winner

Womens Series Final
Asbaty - Radical Inferno - Winner
Doin-Ballard - Absolute Inferno

Match 3
WRW - Nsane LevRG - Winner
Loschetter - Twisted Fury

Congrats to Walter Ray Williams Jr. on his 43rd Title

ON EDIT:
Nice shot Walter to take the match, kicking out that 8 pin VERY late. Im glad that he won, i wouldnt have been happy to see Bug Eyed Scroggins again.

Diandra, I dont know about her. There has been A LOT of talk on this forum about her being very attractive. I just dont see what people find attractive about her. In my book i dont find her attractive.

I would really have loved to seen PBIII against WRW. To bad Parker got a couple bad breaks.

I have a question, was it just me or was Walter Ray throwing the sarge-easter grip?  If he is thats news to me I always thought he had a regular fingertip grip?

Theres no way that WRW had the sarge easter grip, he uses regular Finger Tip grip.

Four weeks of the womens part of the tour and four different winners. I would say not bad.

BowlerKidR, look closer in the finals, it really looks like he has it drilled that way his ring finger is lower then his middle one...

I agree with you. Id like them to make a permanent womans tour. Back in the day before the womans tour went bye bye, i used to watch them on TV and for some reason i would find their shows more interesting. I also find womans golf more interesting than mens, maybe its cuz they are better to look at ;-)

Ill check the finals but i doubt he would have the Sarge-Easter. Sarge easter is used by many to cut back on Revolutions. If you ask me thats teh last thing that WRW needs. Is has one of the lowest rates on tour

Just verified that he is using REGULAR fingertip. Right before they went to commercial break and showed WRW and Loschetter practicing, WRW picked up his Nsane LevRG and he had a normal finger tip drill on it.

If you are thinking that it is Sarge-Easter because it looks like that when he is holding the ball as he starts his approach, that could be because of the angle that his hand is cocked and the angle of the TV camera

Great bowling from Walter and Diandra, plus CDB too (just some bad breaks and that 4-9)...

On a side note, was it just me, or did it really look like PBIII woke up on the wrong side of the bed or with a hangover?

She's a female that bowls well...so that makes her more attractive than she is.  I was thinking the same thing when I watched the show...she actually looked well not attractive to me.

The two hottest chicks that have been on TV so far Carolyn and Joy I think her name was.  The one with the great rack and glasses.  The girl that beat Liz in over time

Regarding Diandra not looking so great on the show, I didn't think the camera and lights did much for anyone.  I've seen other pictures and shows of her and she looks great there; I think it was something about this telecast that made everyone look awful.

There's just something about TV lights bouncing off nicotine stained ceiling tiles and walls that doesn't shed a great light on anyone.

It also looks that way because he cocks his hand off to the side with his fingers in to blow into the thumb hole.

Here's some thoughts on the telecast:

I thought Scroggins was throwing a Double or Special Agent not a Shift.

Rob Stone was butchering the bowler's names, but I do like his enthusiasm during the telecasts, because it brings an element of excitement. Not bad for someone who covers soccer matches.

Was it me, or some balls thrown on the left lane lost revs? For instance, it seemed that WRW in his first match a couple of times his ball lost revs, as though it "stalled" or "locked up" in the midlane for brief second, then started revving again causing the 4 pin to stay standing.

More and more when I watch the pro's play, the more I am convinced that the best way to bowl on most oil patterns is down and in, like WRW, instead of standing left and trying to hook the ball in with huge flare. Simplicity is key in bowling.

Anyone notice the thin pale woman in the stands with the retro-80's mullet type hair-do? Looked like a relative of Keith Richards with a little Alice Cooper mixed in. Speaking of hair-do's, I like Ms. Ballard's style. When they said she's from New Jersey that explained it. I wonder if she's a Bon Jovi fan

USBC needs to extend the women's championship matches. I love the fact that the women get some "DAP" during the men's championships. I love the change of pace, and noticing the simple style of women bowlers.

Seems like Brunswick and Morich balls are topping the charts thus far in TV appearances.
