PBA Patterns - What's the Deal?

The pattern graphics posted on sportbowling.com do not match the ones posted in US Bowler magazine.  In the magazine, there is no reverse on the shark pattern, there is on the USBC website.  There is no forward oil on the Scorpion, there is on the USBC website.  What gives?  Anybody know what are the REAL patterns?

I dont think anybody knows what the patterns really are. You think you're confused ? You should be out here !!!
