almost like my layout except the balance hole and the my pin is right under my bridge.

Cheetah has friction outside your mark and oil inside just like a house shot.  This is probably why he got away with using a very standard drilling here.  This layout will work for probably 90% of bowlers out there on THS.

I don't understand what you mean by he got away with using that layout.. Makes sense to me that one would go with a strong, early rolling layout for a short pattern like Cheetah..
