Looks like we will be seeing some AMF equipment again this week. In my opinion they are the favorite to win also with there top two staffers on the show. I bet you and everybody will start seeing a lot more amf in league/tournament bowlers hands pretty soon. I am amazed myself, but don't see myself drilling any because I like and have been successful with Brunswick stuff.

It might all have to do with the equipment, but somewhat it does. Voss and Duke could have sweet deals with anybody to be a staffer and to me them choosing AMF says a lot. They believe in the product and have scored with it. They wouldn't be using it if it was junk and I don't think they would use it if they thought something else out there was better.
Honestly to me it doesn't matter, but I know many that will just want to throw them because they saw some of there favorite bowlers using it and better yet winning with it.

I was just about to post asking if there was going to be AMF on the PBA show this week! Now that I know there will be .. does anyone have info on WHAT AMF balls we are likely to see?

I guess what we're saying is .. these guys are GOOD .. eventually they will wind up on the TV show .. I guess the observation is .. Isn't it strange that most of the good guys getting to TV are using the same company! I think that all the statements are TRUE! Seems like AMF is the choice of the lucky bowlers recently.

at the professional level technology makes very little difference. yet, i must admit to my surprise how many times amf has been on the tube. they must be really spending money---more so than in past years. i'm also surprised that they resigned voss and duke----after all they cut these same players several years ago.

At the Masters, AMF incentives for using equipment on the show were in line with all the other companies that posted incentives. AMF could be paying players other incentives by way of private contracts but I don't know how those type deals work.
