Haggerty, Leverage, Nolen, Graham, Abel, Ciminelli, and I can't remember the others..  I might add Brian Kjergaard, bowled really well at Nationals (took over 5th I believe) and did really good in the Roto Challenge 3 or 4 days..  And right now is near the top of the RPC..

Scroll to the bottom of the linked post. He just signed up, as did Chad Kloss from last year's exempt field and some others.
