he is retiring i do believe, only bowling majors and a few other tournys

That's a shame. I loved watching Amleto bowl I mean, who has that kind of game? Nobody.

And before anyone starts chewing me out I understand that there are many people can crank the ball like Amleto but his style is unique.

Amleto is not exempt anymore anyway.  If he was injured (they mentioned a foot problem on the 2006 ToC show he was on), he chose not to defer his exemption to next year.  He did alright for the nine tournaments he bowled, and had he bowled the whole year, he may have stayed exempt, but he's out from points.  I very much doubt he'll go to tour trials, he doesn't seem to have the same drive he used to.
