US Open

So the grand ball has begun.  Hardest pattern, ginormous field, loads of games - only the best of the best will see the finish line here.  So who do you got doing well?  I'm not sure if he'll make it, but I'd love to see Brian Voss make it far.  BuddiesProShop.com's very own Chris Forry is tearing it up early on too...as is Anthony LaCaze.  Bill O'Neil showing us how easy he finds the US Open pattern.

Dream show on US Open, in no particular order:
PDW
Brian Voss
Jason Belmonte
Robert Smith
some random amateur who's awesome

Who do you want to go far?

Brian Voss
Wes Malott
Mike Wolfe
Jack Jurek
Jason Belmonte

That would be an interesting show.  Mix of power players, stroker and in-between guys.

After taking a close look at the list...the guy in 8th right now, Brett Cunningham....holy crap, I bowled against him in High School.  That kid is the real deal.

after 5 games chris forry is 4th, now thats interesting

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

Bill O'neill,Matt Gasn,Matt O'grady, Brian Valenta and Michael Marsico. That would a be sick show. BTW, Cunningham is a very good young player.

You're basing this on what? He's in B squad and only has 3 games in...

Hey, looks like it was a typo, woo.  After the 3rd game posted his name was way on the bottom, and after you clicked on his name they were like "Bowler has withdrawn."  But I'm glad to see he hasn't.

This would be a great line-up on TV.  Games of all styles and eras.  I like it better than my picks

Looking at the first 6 game blocks, appears the non-pros are
being taking down a notch.  I see a couple of 94's and 100's.
Maybe they will take a better appreciation of how good the guys
on tour really are.  Just because you average 220 in league (THS)
doesn't make you PBA worthy.

What about Amleto Monacelli? (C squad) Wouldn't mind seeing him make a comeback...
