« on: January 20, 2013, 11:56:58 PM »
According to the PBA schedule, the US Open is July 21st.. I then went to the TV schedule and there is no US Open.. First off, since when does the US Open happen that late? And why is not going to be on TV?.. Also, can somebody please explain how this PBA League thing is going to work?

It's probably so late in the season because the PBA is trying to run the season all the way through the end of the calendar year.  I'm fine with that.  I'm ecstatic that they won't be bowling in Nevada for yet another title.  My only hesitation about the US Opens this year is that I hope the women bowl on a respectable oil pattern.  Two years ago it was 5:1 (nice job keeping the men's and women's title equitable there), and last year the pattern was fubar because of the setup outside.
