Anyone deciding to hit the Masters this year? My girlfriend and I are taking the whole week off (just in case)for bowling/vacation. If anyone is interested just pm me and I'll try to organize something. Besides myself,I know these guys are going so far from the other post:

Pending being able to get the time off from work, which shouldn't be an issue, I'll be there.

Sounds good, for those that have bowled it, what are we to expect?

I might. It is depending on my school schedule at the time and most of all, if I can get the money together for it.

A grueling sport shot, around a 2:1 ratio, and 39ft. in length.  I have bowled in three Masters tournaments, and you have to be very accurate to score well.  If you can keep the ball in play, make all your spares, and keep yourself (+) and not (-), you will do well.  I have found that I need to find balls that are more angular on the fresh shot, and have something that reads the midlane well and starts up a touch earlier on the carry down squad.  You only get ten games to get lined up, score well, and make the first cut (which goes from 500+ down to around 125).  A fun tournament, a great test of skill and bowling ability, and a chance to bowl against the best bowlers in the world.  You can't ask for more than that.  I hope this helps.
