I see on CBS sports network pba has a tour finals event round 1.  Is that live.  If not when did they do the matches.

They haven't explained it very well on previous broadcasts. The Main Event Finals included the top 8 in money over the last 3 seasons. They split the 8 into 2 groups of 4 to bowl multiple series against each other

Oh look, the PBA is doing another lame promotion that won't boost viewership.

They should go back to, ya know, bowling. In places. With prize funds.

You sound a little bitter. Could that it's because they're trying to push a camel through the eye of a needle? :)

Missed the allegory:
An old Arabic or Muslim (not sure which) saying: "It's easier for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven than it is to push a camel through the eye of a needle."

Charlest, you sure about that quote?

I always heard it the other way round.

"It us easier to pass a camel through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven".

Bible verse Matthew 19:24... (one of my favorites)...  "Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” Persians used the saying elsewhere referencing an elephant.

I'm old and dumber now. I don't care if they feed the rich man to the camel or not.
Rich man, camel, goat, dates, same, same. :)

I'd say at least half of the 15 people in attendance had a good time.  :o

Wow yeah I was just going to say the same thing.  I watched for a solid 5 minutes and turned it off.  What a disaster.  Just looked like those guys got together to practice a bit and somebody turned a video camera on.  I'd love to see the ratings for that.
