I'm shocked at how much people don't like the down and in style.  I have heard people say how boring Traber, Scroggins, Lawrence ect...  What about Walter Ray?  I bet you guys would not like Earl Anthony's game at all.  He stroked it down and in.

Dave Traber is not the elite PBA player however he does have 4 titles himself.  Plus when his shot is on would you want to play him?

Everyone's entitled to there opinion I just find it sad that the only way bowlers like your game is by hom many revs you can put on the ball.  I may be taking these replies the wrong way but that is what I get out these post replies.

chi--Guys like the Trabers and the fluffer lefties you mentioned or a guy like Dave Arnold aren't popular because they don't cover 15 boards.

Some guys don't like Dave Traber because of his antics.  Just a fired up kind of gy and others have done the same type of thing and get away with it.  He's got a major title...who can refute that?  Imperial Lanes in Toledo where the Nat'l PBA crown was bowled favored the down and in style.

Why isn't PB III put in the same vein he's basically a stroker?

BTW--Dale Traber was top points guy last year in the PBA Midwest.  I guess, he pretty good if he can be top points guy.
