Seems like there is a huge amount of the big names sitting out with injuries this season.
What is the story on some of the big names & what did they damage to cause them to sit out so long?

Well Let's see. Jeff Carter-Cyst on his hand(Had it removed) will be back bowling by the end of the tour season. Monacelli and Healey not sure what the deal is with them? Tony Reyes I think it's his back though I'm not real sure either and Norm? who knows? He seems to always be nursing a nagging injury of some sort.

There is nothing wrong with PDW, except losing to WRW.

Monacelli's actually not exempt anymore.  Finished pretty low in the points rankings, and I think he missed several events.  Had he bowled every week he might have squeaked in, but it seems like the time away from home and the expense of living in Venezuela and commuting to the US was more than he was interested in keeping up.

I don't know about Pat Healey, but Jason Couch is out with knee problems.

Healey did not retire.  If you want the scoop on the storm guys, check out this weeks Schlemer Report:

http://www.stormbowling.com/bowling-news/story.asp?enewsid=2468&intl=False

For those who are too lazy/don't care to read, Norm was out but comes back this week, Jeff Carter has a cyst (already said), PDW took a week off and is back, and Patrick Healey is "recovering from a traumatizing illness."

As far as other bowlers, Tony Reyes hurt himself during the masters (I think tonybowls was right about the back), Angelo has had some back issues, Couch deferred his exemption (knee problems I believe) and TJ is just hasn't made T.V. yet.
