Billy O is on an absolute tear right now! With as much game as that guy has, I guess it was only a matter of time before he did something like this. Three shows in a row.. sick. Hope he can win one if not both of the next two.

Just to point out, Bill has made history, making 3 straight telecasts in 7 days.

He could also be the only person to win 2 PBA tournaments in the same day, if I'm not mistaken.

I hope he can win them both so I can brag that I have beaten the only person to win 2 pba tournaments in  the same day. Of course I won't brag that I am lifetime 4w-8l lifetime straight up against him :-)

You're watching the emergence of a superstar.  Scary what he might do the rest of the year.  In 3 years of college we've been on our fair end of shalackings by Saginaw State.  I think the three times we crossed them during collegiate play over the years, O'Neill shot 299, 280, and 270 at us.  I'll back him for a clean sweep this sunday.

I bowled a pro am with him last year, and he is a great guy in addition to being a great bowler.  Gave me some good advice on shooting the 3-6-10.  Even though I mess it up as much as I make it....lol

Slide in the left gutter (right hander) and throw it straight at the 3 pin.  His explanation was, you never hit what you are aiming at directly, so if you miss it a shade to the left you still make it, and if you miss it a shade to the right you still make it.

Problem is, ever since I tried it that way, I have been chopping the 3 pin straight back!>...lol  Damn accuracy!!!!

lol, i do it differently, i throw my strike ball at 10

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

Yeah, he's great. The thing I like is when he comes home and comes to league he's not cocky. Don't get me wrong when you bowl against him he's fierce. It's funny because he and I know I am not half the bowler as he is.When I beat him I always say don't worry Bill I've beaten way better than you. Point is he makes a joke and is just a cool cat.Of course I don't know where that yo yo thing came from????

Definitely one of the nicer guys on tour. Hasn't let it all go to his head. He likes to help out the kids, and he doesn't immediately discount what lesser bowlers say. I know some pros, if you start to talk bowling to them, it's in one ear and out the other because they think they're too good to learn something from you. Bill actually listens and gives his opinions without being an azz.

Well when you don't execute you aren't going to win and he had 2 chances to get the job done and he didn't come through. Thats all anyone can ask for is a chance to win and he had them. Before anyone gets upset no I can't beat him but I'm not a pro either, but he is and I'm sure he would tell you the same thing he just didn't execute
