World Championship telecast

Walter Ray against Ryan Shafer, and Brad Angelo against Pete Weber. Awesome show in my opinion! Maybe just cause PWD is my favorite and hes in it, but go P-Dubb!!!

Going to be a great show...

We have this for every show....so whose your pick to win it?

I think this will be an excellent show. I'm looking forward to tomorrows show more than any other show this season. This is a great looking major tournament. I won't mind as long as Shafer doesn't win, but I would really love to see Angelo win his first title in a major. He is due and has bowled great all week. Go Brad!

I love Angelos game.

2 things about Angelo...
I dont think anyone said "He scores bad on tv". They said he chokes. Just because someone shoots 230 doesnt make them exempt from choking. People look at someone shooting 250 and say "Oh he just got beat". Yes but part of winning is taking advantage of your opportunities. Angelo has yet to do that. He has had a bunch of good opportunities to win in the past and often times an untimely "OK" shot forces him to settle for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. Ok doesnt cut it when you are going for the title---especially the first.

Also, as much as I love his game, Im not a big fan of his. Im not going to get into a fight over why I dont think highly of him. I just know there are certain attitudes that I dont match up with and he just happens to have one of them.

I would love to see PDW and WRW go heads up for the title. I really feel that a match like that gets everyone interested. Whether you like them or not, you have to watch both of them. It would be good for bowling in my opinion if both would shoot a big number, maybe a rolloff. Hmmm...

How come when I watch PDW bowl he reminds me of Rick Flair from the WWE? I almost expect PDW to say "WOOOO" (like Rick Flair does) after he strikes!

If I wanted to see someone act like a Pro Wrastler, I would watch wrastlin!

LOL!

in the trailer for a league of ordinary gentlemen, didnt it show pete weber saying "I want to bowl the best in the world!" and Walter turns around and said "bring it on..." ??

Yeah, I just bought it yesterday, and watched it last night...awesome movie. They both did that, but to me it looked more of a playful mood, where I heard from others who have seen it before I did, said it looked more serious and WRW and PDW have a bit of a rift...?

Anyways....GREAT...About 10 minutes left till the show is supposed to start and a NCAAWB game is on with still about 5 minutes left...

Looks like Ryan Shafer was throwing a Pyro on the show.

I see I'm not the only one who notices that the same week that "A League of Ordinary Gentlemen" comes out on DVD that there is a PDW vs. WRW title match!

I saw the idiot flipping off the camera too.  At first I thought "was that the finger??" then the moron held it there so it was pretty obvious.  Real badass kid, you make us proud.

As for the PDW wrasslin comment, even in his PBA profile Weber says he is a huge fan of the WWE.  Half his gestures are taken from it.  From the "P-D-W" thumbs pointing to himself (RVD), to the crotch chop (DX).  Whatever gets you into it I guess

Last thing, for the comment about PDW saying "I want the best in the world" and WRW replying, it was pretty known that PDW and WRW had a rift going at the time.  Hey, when you have two of the best going at it, there better be some heat between them.
