Title: Xtra Frame Problems

Post by: SleepOnIce on November 29, 2008, 01:21:20 AM: It was terrible in the beginning for me, but after a while I had a good hour and a half of a decent feed, but then it started getting choppy again at the end.

I agree with strike, the other weeks seemed fine, but this one was especially bad.

Post by: dursty on November 29, 2008, 12:22:35 PM: I changed the defualt buffering in media player from 5 - 7 seconds which seems to be the defualt, to 60 seconds. The dropouts for the most part dissapeared.

Post by: hamma on November 29, 2008, 12:47:16 PM: i could never get the service to work on my macbook and could not get tech support to reply. tried it on my desktop pc and during the first weeks it was acceptable, this last week was unviewable for about the first 90 minutes.

I did this as well, but at the beginning (at least for me) it was still cutting out every 6-7 minutes. Frustrating, but at least it did get better. Nice to watch Simard make the lanes look like a house shot the last two games.

Post by: Jeff Carter on November 29, 2008, 06:52:25 PM: I guess the Live Scoring was down as well because we had Rash standing on a chair giving us shot by shot updates while DeVaney, Big Jeff and myself were trying to call the action. Made it tough to call what was going on with the show. I have to admit that was fun. I may end up doing a full round of that in the future.
