Does anybody know if the pattern was the Cheetah? It sure looked like it played like it, with really nothing being OB, and the best look right up the gutter.

The quarter finals, semi finals and finals are all on the Cheetah.  The qualifying 4 blocks were on the other 4 PBA Patterns.

Storm has made plastic balls for quite a while.  And as for her throwing Storm with Chris on Columbia Staff, Linda is a staffer with Storm now.

i too was surprised to see lynda storm equipment since hubby chris is with columbia 300. when chris barnes was with brunswick so was lynda. i was even more surprised to see amanda burgoyne using brunswick equipment since she bowls at nebraska and they are sponsored by columbia 300.

That was probably more of a coincidence than anything else.  For a period of time, Brunswick pumped their product through the PWBA to the point where membership renewal included the Brunswick ball of choice.  When they backed away, Storm stepped up and filled that role.

She attends the school but I don't believe despite her "one semester" left of eligibility that she is bowling for the team.
