This ball is a great follow up to the Version 2. It is just as strong and arching as the Version 2, but on dry lanes. Imagine being able to use the Version 2 on dry lanes, with the same reaction as fresh oil. This is what this ball is designed to do.

COMMENTS

With a Radical-ly different layout to my Reax Version 2, the pearl version is outstandingly smoother (as well as being so very purple!)

I wish I'd used a longer pin to PAP in the layout of this ball. Cést la vie. Even so, it's an impressive piece. It'll be a house shot monster with a stronger layout, and still smooth enough to run with on a sport shot.

Spend a few minutes to see how the Reax Version 2 by Radical Bowling Technologies can work for you.

Cheers,
Jason

I am finally posting my review of this ball.  I wanted to bowl on a few patterns and offer more insight.  I drilled this ball a little different than I have drilled asymmetricals in the past.  What I was wanting was a ball that when I have to wheel the lane can retain enough energy and kick out the corner pins.  This is probably my biggest weakness is when I really have to open up my angles.  And the ball fits what I was wanting to do perfectly.  I bowled on a broken down Viper pattern to test it and worked great.  Usually late in a block on a pattern like that I will grab my ringer and hope that it can turn over enough and usually struggle with carry.

On a fresh house shot this ball can be a little too flippy for me.  But that is not what I drilled it for.  If I drilled another one with a different layout I am sure it would smooth it out.  I bowled on a wet/dry house shot and in game 2 when some of the oil carried down I was able to open up my angle and send it to the dry and count on it to come back.  Overall I am very satisfied with this ball and cannot wait to drill more Radical balls up.

This ball is a flat out beast.  It compliments the Reax V2 solid, in such a profound way, it's not funny.  This modified Reax core combined with this gorgeous purple pearl shell....this packs one heckuva punch!
As you would expect, you see more length and more pop off the end of the pattern due to the pearl shell.  Let me be clear, this is not uncontrollably flippy.....this is a very strong arc off the breakpoint.  This ball rolls through the pins extremely strong.

The entire Radical line is ideal to build an outstanding overall arsenal!  Start that arsenal today, with a Radical Reax V2 Pearl!!!

As always, if you have ANY questions about the current arsenal, I encourage you to email me directly!  This brand is the best "up and coming" brand on the market. The technology is amazing, so let's chat!!!

ok just drilled this ball up 4 days ago. This ball is great, has a lot of hold and rolls heavy into the pins with really good carry. Drilled it with dual angle 60 x 3 x 40, I play the lanes on a THS 15 board to the 7 board and my ball speed is around 17 to 18 mph. With this drill the ball is not overly jerky, the ball flares 5'' and rolls smooth and heavy into the pins. All I can say about this ball is it is great and belongs in every bowlers bag!

Reax Version 2 Pearl drilled 45 x 4 1/2 x 63
This ball gets clean through the front and mid-lane with a devastating reaction on the backend. I have specifically set this up as a condition specific ball with the dual angles to read the lane earlier but since it is a pearl to still provide sufficient recovery and great pin action.

This is one of my favorite balls. As I've mentioned in other reviews, I really like the finish of 500 Siaar Pad, Royal Compound and Royal Shine. It makes for a surface that gets down the lane and then really makes a move into the pins.

What I like the most is that this is a very predictable ball with a big back end. This is not "goes long, hits hard" like so many balls are touted to do.

But, it just gives the right amount of length, is controllable, and then carries strikes.  It is very versatile and can play very well most places - and for most bowlers.  #wowthatsradical
