Benchmark ball for Radical
« on: December 27, 2013, 07:17:12 AM »
I'm going to give Radical a try. Was thinking of starting with a good benchmark ball for the left side (low rev), then moving up from there. In previous incarnations, I'd consider an Absolute Inferno a fairly good measuring stick, and believe the Torrid Affair would be just a bit up from that if the comments I've seen have been accurate...

Thoughts?

If,I were you I'd log on to bowlingchat.net and put down your stats plus lane conditions and get a Dual Angle layout from Mo or the other good fitters there.  They are Radical knowledgeable.

Hands down Radical's best ball is Untamed Yeti.  I'm left handed and can use it all 3 games in league. Great benchmark ball. I'm a tweener little more speed than rev's

Thanks to both. I hadn't considered the Untamed as a benchmark, but that's interesting since it was going to be my step up ball from the Torrid. Will head over to Bowlingchat also..
Thanks again.

Have to agree with the Untamed. I have drilled two of these for people. Both absolutely love them. The one guy bowls on my team, his is a pin down layout. Very clean with a strong continuous arc downlane. Very predictable.
