Confusion with new Radical balls

Guru Supreme and Ridiculous videos posted today

Im really not sure what the purpose of these new balls is. To me they look very similar to their last releases of the Guru Master and Primo

Let alone they just used a new core with the Primo and now another new core with the Ridiculous at the same performance category

I'd like to read what Phil has to say.

Quite honestly, neither the Primo nor Guru Master have been must-haves among my tournament pieces. I know of a bowler in my area who has done well with both, as well as the Guru Mighty. (Personally, I've seen scoring success with the Untamed and Reax Gusto so far this year.)

Who knows? Maybe the Guru Supreme and Ridiculous will be.

Spencer you named 5 balls that are doing well or have done well for bowlers in your area. Apparently our launches fit different types of bowlers on different conditions. These two add different dimensions to the ball motion in our line. The Supreme is about 4 or 5 more boards than the Master with a sharper finish and the Ridiculous in a big back end performance ball which we do not have in the line. Hope this answers some of your concerns.

The fact that the Ridiculous has a different core in it self should say something about us and the competition. We are innovative. Our competition are great re-cyclers. Same core new name, using a cover already used. One of the competitors will launch 29 balls this year from all its brands and you might see 3 new cores at best.
We will have a comparison video on the Guru Supreme, it is about 4 or 5 more than the Master. The Primo is a lot more mid lane than the Ridiculous, the Ridiculous is a piece we are missing from our line a huge back end ball. We try and fill gaps in our arsenal not just launch the same ball over and over and just rename it.
Hope this clears up any questions you may have had.

So how do the rave and the yeti uncaged compare to the ridiculous and primo? I was looking for a ball to give me some length and back end when my reax 2 solids start to quit, but i dont want something thats too weak either. I've also been considering a reax 2 pearl since  I've had success with that core. All the radical stuff I've thrown rolls amazing, i just find it hard to know what balls are supposed to do just by watching videos. So many good options it seems!

I haven't seen the videos yet but I got a Primo this year and really like it. It is very smooth but doesn't hook quite as much as I would have hoped. It does seem to be more of a mid lane ball. The Rediculous might work real well for me.

So am I correct in thinking the Ridiculous will be longer and sharper than the uncaged, which is a little longer and sharper than the Primo? And the Rave/Grease Monkeys all fit below the Primo in terms of length and strength?

Where would the Reax v2 pearl fit in with the aforementioned balls in terms of length, shape, and overall strength? And how does the Rave compare to the Whack?

Sorry for having so many questions but I really want to understand all of the motions and make informed decisions.
