Ok I have to ask whats the difference between this and the original Guru? Other than color.

The video said more HOOK, so since they are the same finish perhaps the cover has an additive that enhances its ability to hook I'm oil.

Its interesting that they have Pro Cg pins in the video (if not, very close), with the CG pretty far left of the Pin to MB line.  So they can drill with no extra hole.

Remember how they said they can get any desired ball reaction with adjusting addatives and that pearl and hybrid looks are for asthetics?  Focus on described intention not asthetics.  Surface is the key.

Guru Mighty is a hybrid. I know surface is the biggest factor but the Guru Mighty's cover still seems a little too strong for what I'm looking for

At one house I bowl in it is really dry and some guy had an original.. I thought there was no way the ball would work but it actually worked really well. I talked to the pro shop and they said that they tuned the surface so it wasn't as aggressive.  Seeing the performance of that ball made me get a mighty for my dad. Haven't drilled it yet but hoping it works well for him.

The Guru line seems to be nothing but heavy/long oil hook monsters. Other than that niche, I find it hard to want one of them even though everyone says they are good balls. I am probably not ignorant a little but I don't really understand the need for a Guru Master if the original Guru is already the monster that it is.   

Well we really haven't seen or heard much negative feedback at all on the guru line.  It's gotta be good regardless
