I'm a fan of the color for the More Cash and if i actually saw oil all the time I'd probably get one. I'm not sure about the Cyclops Pearl as the few original Cyclops I've seen in person were already super long at box surface

I'm finding many of these newer bowling balls intrigue me even less. The latest isn't entirely the greatest.
Ball speed avg. (18.25 mph)
Rev rate avg. (400-428 rpm)
Still refusing to accept AARP eligibility and membership cards

I think bowling ball manufacturing has hit a wall. The technology might be (probably is) out there to improve, but the USBC regulations put in place to would have to be changed first. And that would be no easy feat given what we know about the USBC. Also, I'm not sure if we would really want that anyways given balls are plenty strong/flippy/whatever enough as it is. Bowling lanes themselves might need to be changed if ball got any stronger... but what would be the point then? It's looking more and more like a zero-sum game to me.

So yeah, the newer stuff isn't all that impressive anymore because it's all the same. And all the companies are basically on equal footing at this point. But it is nice that they all put out quality stuff that just plain works.

So in theory, The More Cash is a hybrid acting ball with a solid cover like the Quick Fix to simplify and show the difference between pearl and solid. With the all the old but new releases, I noticed the change from Solid, hybrid, pearl to just Solid, less solid, pearl releases.
Maybe it's a new tread at cutting costs in a dwindling market.

Or maybe it's that the entire notion of pearl, hybrid, and solid were nothing but marketing hype to begin with and a lot of people have been buying pretty much the same ball with a different surface on it for years.

Thus why I find myself more and more shopping on ebay for balls than the pro shop or bowlingball.com.  Edge to loving urethane is you can buy a 20 yo ball from a stranger without too much worry.
Kind of noob when made this account so take advice with grain of salt.
