My First 800 Series
« on: April 19, 2021, 08:18:40 AM »
I recently dove headfirst into the world of Radical balls! I didn't have to wait long for some very positive results either!

I recently bowled my first 800 series with a brand new Bonus pearl! I had taken it for a spin in two different houses with vastly different results. In my home house this ball wanted to go long, long, long, with a pop at the end! At another dryish house, this ball in out-of-box condition wanted to turn up early, much like a solid. So......took it to my spinner and knocked off the original polish with a worn 800 pad. Cleaned it, and then re-applied Powerhouse Factory Finish polish for 20 seconds on six sides

Ball got through the fronts clean as a whistle in the dryish house and came roaring back like a freight train! I ended up shooting 290-279-255!!

I had been attacking this house with my Counter Attack solid, but it wasn't always strong enough to get the corners out.

Very, very consistent ball motion and backend reaction! Now that's Radical, baby!

Awesome! And it wasn't even close, you smashed the 800 barrier!

None as sweet as the first one, congrats my friend.

Thanks to all!

Jim James, yes it was in league play. The funny thing about it was......I was in the ZONE! I only been like this one other time and that was when I was playing basketball. You know, when you just can't miss! and the hoop looks as big as a damn hula hoop!

Yeah! Just like that!

The guy on the opposing team took his time bowling; stalled several times on the approach before bowling; he even waited for guys four or five lanes away from us to bowl first, before he decided to bowl! Didn't matter to me! Just got up there....threw my strike and went and sat down!
