First impression of the Grease Monkey is Phil, Mo, and the rest of the Team at Radical have knocked this one out of the park.
Last night in league shot 279 (10 pin), 218 (fast feet), 279 (10 pin) = 776
If you like the skid/snap reaction you will love the Grease Monkey.
Drilled it with my favorite drill 45 x 5 9/16 x 70 (pin down). Will be doing review this week and posting pics of layout.

I'm putting a Motion Hole in mine. Just waiting to hear back from pro shop on availability.

Robert,
How does the Grease Monkey compare to the Torrid Elite which you have torn up scores with many times?

It's cleaner through the front with a stronger move off the mark and I feel stronger through the pins. It's a perfect compliment to the Torrid Affair, a perfect 1-2 combination at a very affordable price.

I tried mine just a couple of times since I drilled it but what I can say with the controlled layout I put on mine is that its silky smooth with a nice move off the pattern...what impressed me most uptil now is the carry...wowww...out of this world!!! Anyone looking for a great priced medium to dried ball reaction, look no further. This is the ball!!

This is a great question and Bobby answered it great. Ill just add my two cents. The Torrid Elite is by far my favorite ball. I am a high rev player so I am able to really rev the Elite up and watch it go long and arc into the pocket. Just as he said, the GM goes longer with a more controlled roll off the spot for me. Where the Elite or Affair would be jumping off the spot on dry lanes, this ball will get you down the lane and not jump, especially on drier conditions. Its going to be a great ball for those later games.
