Radical Cores
« on: February 22, 2013, 05:31:34 PM »
Just received some samples, they are pretty massive. I also noticed that the ring around the Yeti core is not perfectly centered, assuming that is how they cut the notch out of the top of the core and still remain symmetrical. Pretty slick.

Yeti // REAX

Gracious! Lol! Those look pretty gigantic! Are they pouring cover only or is their going to be filler?

There will be an outer core filler from what I understand. It helps marry the core and coverstock together.

So is that Reax core similar to the old 3-D Offsets or were the 3D's done in multiple pieces?  This Radical line looks very interesting.  Maybe by the summer when I get back into the game the line will be completely rounded out and I'll be able to make some additions to my Brunswick stockpile.

The Reax core uses Mo's patented offset technology, so there are a lot of similarities.

I hope so, I watched test staffers throw Mo's Offset and it looked pretty good, would have like to have so of the same look with the Reax.

I'm sold on anything solid black :D  It will look pretty next to my Tour 3D Offset.

Lol! Hey, D! Are you going to blow the dust of the engraver to scribe "OH S***!" above the fingers? Go ahead and fill up the Haus Machine to take off the labels or better yet, hit Mo up and tell him to send you one with only the indicators.  :P

HAHA!  I remember that.  The Colossus!  Funny thing, I kept that ball around for a few years and used the engraver to write a little paragraph on the ball.  I doubt I can post the entire diatribe on here with the filters. :)
