Jackpot makes big debut
« on: March 29, 2016, 12:26:51 PM »
Well its been a long year this year, I've been dealing with a nagging back issue since mid-October, found a new Chiropractor and things look to be going in the right direction. Received the Jackpot and had it drilled up last Friday took it straight to the lanes and bam 300. I'm really happy with the motion of this ball, I'll be writing a review later this week after getting a few more games on it.

I have to admit Radical is a perfect blend of Dynothane and MoRich... especially the Gurus... I am planning on moving entirely to Radical after I get into a Pro Shop this Summer...

Quick question to Newguy or any drillers... I had my Pro Shop drill up a Jackpot using the Mid-lane with continuation layout... Specifically for a house shot. The Driller there is adverse to balance holes... I am at 7/8 thumb and like a 1/2 side... so legal. I am not a driller (yet...) but if the manufacturer calls for a hole, providing the CG is in the proper quadrant, then a hole would only enhance the shape correct? I do not see what ending weights are being targeted... Would I start small drill a bit, toss, evaluate, repeat?

Thanks

If you are happy with the motion than you can just drill the thumb deeper if you'd like.
To add more flare drill a balance hole near the thumb (look up the double thumb drilling) this will create more and earlier hook,  to make it smoother place a hole on the Pap. Hope this helps.
