Reax 2 video (V2)

This ball at box finish is super clean through the heads. SUPER clean. Had to adjust the surface to 1000 siaair to be able to use the ball and wow it is great. Still super clean, but much more usable for me.

Glad I got this ball.

It's worth noting that the core you showed in the video is incorrect...  The Reax 2.0 uses a modified version of the core used in the Yetis...

Thanks. Thats at 1000 sanded. I thought box finish was 2000 sanded and I couldn't figure out how I was missing everything 10 boards to the right lol. Super clean is an understatement. Even at 1000 its super clean

I don't know if it was just an odd ball but the reax2 we got for the shop is definitely glossy looking. Maybe royal compound is smoother than rough buff?

Its the color. The lighter blue especially after being drilled didn't look polished to me. Later on in better lighting, especially after throwing the ball, it was a duhhh moment on my part.

I wonder if it is similar to what they used on equipment when the Danger Zone was the ball to have... back when the finish was "double buffed"

Those weren't dull, but they weren't a high gloss polish either...
