Reax Gusto Being Discontinued?
« on: February 12, 2015, 10:22:57 AM »
At the start of this season I purchased the Reax V. 2 and am still learning how to use it.  I am planning on getting the Gusto as a companion to it, but I will probably wait until late summer, so I can continue to learn how to use the V.2, this season.

A couple guys that know a guy that sells a lot of Radical equipment told me it will be discontinued soon.  I see that some other Radical balls have already been discontinued.

Anyone know if this is true, and if so, how soon?

I have seen some of the other Radical balls on closeout (original Yeti, Yeti Untamed, Reax, Reax pearl, Reax V2, Reax V2 Pearl, All Torrids, but I have yet to see anyone but the Gusto on closeout. It would not surprise me with the rest of the Reax line being gone (seemingly), but what that means is you need to hurry up and purchase one before nobody has any more of the Gusto if that is the ball you really want.

I know, I was thinking about buying one now, for that reason, but maybe if it is discontinued the price will drop.  At any rate, I'm sure Radical will have another ball with similar characteristics to take its place.  So if I miss getting one, it is not that big of a deal.  The season is almost over and I am not ready to mess around with another new ball.

I guess I could buy it and wait to drill it.

It's one of the newer releases so I doubt if it will be anytime soon.
