Can anyone compare these two balls?  I have the both Times Ups, but for the one league I am in the Pearl is my go to ball after my Slant HD starts being a bit too much.  Currently, the Pearl give me great forgiveness and carries everything.  Once the lanes are broken it, it has been great.  Unfortunately, it has gotten really banged up and is beyond just a simple resurface. The shot I play on is set up to keep play on the outside fifteen boards, but with a little hang out by the gutter.  It is a THS, but not a total cakewalk.  I know the numbers are different for the two ball, but would the Elite be a reasonable replacement?  Honestly, I will probably get the Elite no matter what.  I just want to figure out where it will fit.

My Times Up is for medium-light  oil; I have a very medium drilling because even with the ball reviews I wasn't quite sure how it would react for my release on the oil I see.

Not having an Elite, I've have to go by the reviews in BJI and BTM and would suggest it's at least 1/2 notch stronger and requires slightly more oil than the Times Up Pearl.

I'd suggest a Roto-Grip Scream, 900Global Wisdom Red/Silver or a Columbia Freeze Pearl or Hybrid might be a better potential replacement, if you don't want to buy a new Times Up from the internet.
