Lets start this out at $65 shipped or $55 picked up locally.
This ball was lightly used and cleaned after every set.  It is drilled w/o grips, adding them would be a cake-walk for any pro shop guy.  Thumb solid in the thumb with a ovaled out 15/16.  Pin is below the ring finger w/ a small weight hole.
