WANTED: Roto Grip Spare Tire, not drilled, 15-16 lbs

Hey guys, I know I'm really late on the draw here, but I want to buy a Spare Tire as a surprise Christmas gift for my husband. I need one that's either 15 or 16 lbs and preferably isn't drilled. Some rude guy is selling a couple on eBay for $320+ which I think is ridiculous for a polyester ball. But I'm willing to negotiate!

Anyone know where I can get one?
