im eric i got this ball because my school,Wright State University, has a sponsorship with roto grip. this ball was drilled weaker with 5" drill above my ring finger. I got this ball because i didnt have a ball for the when the lanes are bone dry. we bowl all day when we go to tournaments sometimes and after 5 games and a couple baker games the lanes are toast. this ball when given enough friction can hit pretty hard and has good continuation through the pins. i tried it on the viper pattern but it wasnt quit strong enough for fresher patterns.

As a member of the Wright State bowling club I got this ball from our sponsorship with RotoGrip.  As a rev dominant player I used this ball on shorter patterns because it has a weak hook.  This ball works very well right up the gutter on shorter patterns.  I have been able to score well with this ball and I enjoy using it very much.  Even though it doesn't have a strong hook on the end, the Pluto eases into its hook making it a great ball to play far outside with.

As a member of the Wright State University team I got this ball because of our sponsorship with Roto-Grip. Many o fthe tournaments we bowl in consist of 5 or 6 game blocks and then anywhere from 3 to 15 bakers. Even being a left hander it gets to the point in the day when I need  a ball that gives me strong length and then a good change of direction. THIS IS THAT BALL. I've found I'm able to play the inside part of the lane with the ball as soon as my Black Widow becomes to strong inside. The ball is also tame enough that I can play the outside part of the lane straight up.

Simple, the Pluto is a great ball. If you don't have one you don't know how good it is. Mine was used. (I work in pro-shop, most of my equiptment is used)
I set the surface to 2000 with factory polish. It is drilled with CG in center of grip, 3 inch pin @1:30 (to the right of ring finger. Simple drill for simply deadly ball. Anything outside of 10 board on THS is Pluto's domain. I have had the ball most of the season, I average 7-9 strikes a game. Just have to stroke it up the boards, no sweat, no tears. 210 or more, almost every game with no effort, (not perfect, operator error)Why would you not want a ball like this?

End of season update:
Last week of season, I took the surface of my pluto to 4000 and hit it with black magic. shot season best 759 series 222-259-278. 17 strikes in a row between 2nd and third game. I still believe that the Pluto is best underated ball on market.

Pulled this ball out of storage lately.  Needed something under the Wrecker and above the Scream when the shot starts drying out.  With a little polish, just the ticket.  Moved right and squared up again.  Nice even arc all the way to the pocket.  Did not jump too much even on the slightly pulled shots.
