Drilled this one 4" pin from PAP with mass bias inthe strong position and the extra hole 1 in inside the VAL.  Can be utlized on just about any condition other then heavy oil.  Gets threw the heads very clean and has plenty hit on the rear.  I rate this as one of the best.  If you need length and moster hit this is the ball.  It treated me well 297-300-253=850.  Would recommend this ball to all.

I drilled this ball 5.5x4.5 with the pin over the finger holes..pin out 2 1/2, 1/2oz finger weight, 1/2oz side weight. This ball goes long with a tremendous backend reaction..This ball hits real hard...Great job RG

Powerful Pearl with a strong angular change of direction. Strongest mid-priced pearl on the market.

Finally a ball which can compete with the Ti messenger Pearl!!

Drilled mine 5 x 4.  The ball is extremely clean through the fronts but watch out as the power gets applied. Very strong and consistent recovery. Strong hitting ball. Sucks the corners off of the deck.

Great ball to play a bank shot.

Did I mention the ball looks great too.

This is now my strongest backend ball in an arsenal that includes an X Factor, Retro Blue Pearl, and Erase-It.  Let me say that this may be due to the layout.  This is the first non 5+ inch pin to pap ball I have thrown in about three years.  My speed is up and I'm more consistent so I went with a 4" pin to pap with a balance hole inside my VAL to help this one out a bit.  This enables the core to rev quickly while the cover maintains its ignorant path to the first dry board it sniffs and then.....WHAM!  The hit is just under the X but the backend I GOT is much stronger.  Of course its drilled a lot stronger but still this thing is more angular and I had this one out over 20 to 1 and it came back.  The X did not.  I have thrown A TON of balls in the past few years and this one has to be one of the biggest backend balls I have put my hand in.

Original drilling did not fit my game, so I gave it to my wife.  It didn’t fit her game either.  I ran into some tough league conditions of late and I decided to redrill it, and that was one of the best things I have ever done.  

New specs: 15 lb., pin about 1 ½” below my ring finger with the CG kicked out quite a bit.  I had a weight hole drilled in it to bring the side weight back to 0.  WOW!!  What a difference.  This ball makes me look like I have a gorilla hand.  It revs up very quickly, and continues to rev up through the pins.  Since I have redrilled it, I have had to pull my spare ball out only once.  This ball cured my 10 pin problem.  This is a great, great ball.  I wish I would have drilled it like this originally, I may be averaging 235+.  

I drilled my silver streak pearl about a month ago. It is drilled 6 x 5 and has a 4" pin out. My intended usage for this ball was for it to be a ball that I can use on medium to medium-heavy conditions that don't have carrydown. My specs are in my profile if you need a good idea of how I throw the ball.

I got exactly what I was looking for. On longer oil patterns with decent volume the ball starts revving quite early but doesn't grab very early. After clearing the midlane it is revving very hard. Once it does hit the dry boards it is not long until you see a very strong move to the left. When the ball gets to the pocket there is nothing left on the deck. Light hits blow pins everywhere, flush hits generally have messengers flying. If it comes in high I'll leave a 9 pin pretty much every time.

This ball truly is a beast of a ball if you have any hand at all. Especially on the backends. I can't imagine why anyone would need one of these balls leverage drilled. That would be an unusable amount of backend it seems. But some of you all do probably throw some pretty weak fluff, so you might be ok 3 3/8 x 3 3/8.

Anyhow, all around this is a great ball. It does well on a variety of patterns from 38-43 feet as long as there is head oil and not much/if any carrydown. I haven't tried it much on carrydown, so at this point I'm not going to judge how well it will or will not handle such conditions.

Hit and carry of this ball is simply devastating. I'm quite convinced that just about anyone who sees a variety of patterns would be very happy with this ball from Roto Grip if they were to give one a try.

I've got the solid too....will post a review on it later when I actually find enough oil for that monster.
