I have a 15 lb rotogrip haywire that i have been using for 2 weeks i cant make it do what i want it to do. So im looking to sale it or trade for a storm. The ball brand new is 200 and in only asking 140 great shape my lost is your gain.

There's only 1 problem with that deal, you can get that ball anywhere brand new for $130. But like the old saying goes there's a sucker born every minute, you may still have hope.

I think $100 shipped would be a fair price for the ball. Depreciation on a drilled bowling ball is worse than driving a new car off the lot.

That is the most anyone should pay, it is going to cost you around $50 to plug and redrill not including grips.  Used balls are not worth that.

Yes, but that is normally built into the price at a pro shop.  If you purchase it here it is on top of the price you pay.  Grips and slug are always additional cost.
