Rsx versus Solid Horizon

Could someone who throws the RSX and the Horizon Solid tell me how much more oil will the solid handle compared to the RSX in oob condition

Quite a bit more for the Horizon Solid as it comes OOB at 800-grit sanded while the RS-X comes 1500-grit polished.

I didn't throw the RSX unfortunately, but I'm with shelley that the Horizon Solid can handle more oil than the RSX.  I own a Horizon Solid and it handles longer patterns and carrydown very well.  It just needs a little oil in the heads to get started.

In OOB condition quite a bit more for the Horizon for reasons shelley stated. Even at the same grit the Horizon Solid is stronger than the RSX.  Better midlane and stronger continuation.

i have not tried the horizon solid yet, but i really love my RSX, i found it to be very good if i keep it in the oil as long as possible and then just little bit of dry boards will be enough to make it move back to the pocket.

Thats a bit weird to me that you all should say that.  If you look at the stats, ie diff, and rg, the RSX should be stronger.  They have different covers, but it almost sounds like the Ultimate Grip (HS) is weaker than the Sure Grip Extreme (RSX).  I haven't seen the HS, and I've only seen the RSX sparringly, so I can't offer a true impression.  Obviously the oob grit will have a huge difference, but I'm just speaking for the same grit on both balls.

I own 2 RSX's as well as the Horizon solid. I have the same layout on the Horizon Solid and One of the RSX's . In my opinion the combination of core and coverstock makes the Horizon a much stronger ball. I also loved the RSX but it would skate a little in carrydown, but this is not the case with the Horizon Solid.
