I have waited to post anything about this ball until I have...
1. bowled with it at all of my local centers (1 wood, & 2 syn)
2. bowled well and not so well with it to I guess learn when and where it should be used
3. and have had others try it out that have close to the same span as I do.(Haha, and yeah they dig it!)
4. Unfortantely my pro shop guy moved across the country this month and this is the last ball hes going to drill for me and i do not have the specs on my drilling, usually we do a 4x4 and adjust the layout to avoid weight holes. For example, we drilled my ring finger really deep to remove excess top weight.

After throwing this ball it really makes my other equipment look and feel like it is laboring to rev up to the pocket, while the theory is just clearly making a clean, clear, defined, desired move to the break point and through the pocket. For me, this was hard to believe, because honestly the cell line rolls VERY well, and this new motion is even better, and hard off the spot.
Besides really enjoying the ball motion I get out of the ball, I simply can not get over the fact that roto actually improved on the nucleus 1&2 core with the triliptic, this is a great core & cover combo. While testing this ball out, very weirdly I have noticed that the straighter up I play this ball really excels and on the flip side the deeper I play it has the same effect. This is a problem I had with the previous roto releases, I had to play the track area only. The Theory broke those barriers for me, and im proud to say on my 3rd league outing I shot 801 (276, 269, 256). The ball really holds its line and doesnt overreact too drastically like my invasions/prodigy/area check/. Im easily an arrow inside of my prodigy, and 2 boards stronger than my newest invasion. My invasion being most angular, and the prodigy being the arcy ball, putting the Theory right inbetween interms of total ball motion. it suprisingly fills a gap ive needed to fill in my bag. I would say its a predictable version of the invasion that isn''''t going to be sketchy, this is simply a stronger version of the cell line, yet cleaner and more predictable, and ill proudly say Roto did it again!
If you guys are thinking about a new theory dont hesitate, it is exactly what we hoped it would be! Roto Grip went back to the drawing board and developed the successor to the cell line, im very thankful to replace my cells and am looking forward to the new releases.
GREAT JOB ROTOGRIP, and THANKS ROGER!
