Title: another cracked ball
Post by: toomanytenpins on February 02, 2007, 07:40:04 AM
I just got my epic back after returning it to roto and now my battle is cracking and about to split in 2. The really bad thing is the proshop where i got it says its not warranty beacause i have had it drilled twice. I guess that makes since in a way. Just when i decide to polish it and use it for what i see the most . I will throw it till it splits and stops carrying hopefully that will be after i win enough money to buy something to upgrade to.Any thoughts anyone?

My Epic Battle is cracked, single drill, and never
has been in extreme temperature and it started from the fingers
and went down about 4 inches (10:30) on clock. I have drilled
about 40 balls in the past three years, all different manufacturers,
and my epic battle is the only one. I have no recourse since I
did not keep the original box, and it might be a year old but
has only about 20 games on it.

i think i am finally learning how to throw my battle. More roll less spin . It rolls heavy and continuous if i stay behind it. I cant swing it but i do seem to be able to play it straighter the good success. I am gonna throw it till it breaks or i win enough to buy something else . In everything I have read about the battle it is one of the five balls you would want to have for heavy oil so it must be me.
