Virtual Energy Vs. Nomad Solid
« on: October 06, 2009, 05:48:02 AM »
From the info and videos they seem to be pretty close in regards to the amount of oil they can handle, and overall reaction shape on the lanes.  Anyone out there have any opinions/observations about these?  Thanks.

IMHO, the VE is a much stronger ball start to finish. Both are clean through the heads, VE is stronger in Mids and Both have pretty strong breakpoints, though my VE is more angular. VE=Med. Heavy. NS=Medium. NS, for me, is definitely one step below the NS in oil handling ability. Both great pieces by the way.

I agree with golfnut, the VG is much stronger and will handle quite a bit more oil than the Nomad Solid. I would say the Nomad is best on mediums.

I also agree both are great balls, just different.
