The Sonic Boom has the same weight block design as the other 2 sonic X's with a slightly higher differential (modification with the pucks) .029.  This is also the same Sure Grip II coverstock that is on the other sonics, but again slightly stronger.  Overall you are going to see a stronger sonic X something to bridge the gap in between the sonic line and silver streak line.  This ball should retail a good $5.00 more than the other two and let me tell you if you don't buy this ball you are missing out on a steal.  This ball is definitely going to be worth more than its price tag.

Im lookin forward to this. Ive seen a few SXS and ive been tempted for a drier to medium light shot. Gonna have to keep an eye out for this next month. Specially if the price is that cheap.
